Axe Throwing in Sittard 🪓
Axe Throwing is an activity for everyone, whether your man or woman, short or small. This activity is not only suitable for tough and strong men, everyone can do this. It’s all about technique. The newest activity for groups of friends, colleagues, family, or bachelor parties.
Reservation
You can only come to us by reservation. Reservations via our online reservation system are possible up to 24 hours before the desired time. Last minute reservations are by phone only (+31 (0)6 135 371 12).
Max. 6 participants per lane.
Max. 12 participants = 2 lanes €175,- (€87,50 per lane)
Max. 18 participants = 3 lanes €235,- (€78,35 per lane)
Max. 24 participants = 4 lanes €295,- (€73,75 per lane)
Axe Throwing game variants
Axe Throwing is fun, but our various games make it even more fun. Compete with your friends, colleagues & family.
Basic Game
Each player may throw 10 times, the winner is the one with the highest score after 10 throws.
Around the World
The goal is to hit each point area in succession, starting with the outermost ring of the board and working your way in and then back to the outermost ring → 1,2,3,4,B,4,3, 2.1, (kill shot). The player may not advance to the next ring until the current target is hit.
Cornhole
Get 21 points fast and exactly. A team must score exactly that number of points to win. For example, if your team is on 19 points and gets 4 points for a total of 23, that will not count, and your score will be reset to 19.
Cricket
Each team must hit all predetermined numbers on the board 3 times, placing 1 mark each time a number is hit. Once a team has hit a number 3 times, that number is “closed”, and is then available to score (when playing for points). Once both teams close a number, the number is “dead” and will do nothing for either team hitting it for the rest of the game.
Easy Cricket
Each team must hit numbers 1 through 4 on the board 3 times, placing 1 marker at that number each time a number is hit. With a Bullseye, 2 markers are placed on a number of your choice (1 to 4). Hitting a Killshot places 3 markers on a number of your choice (1 through 4). Once a team has 3 marks on a number, that number is “closed”. The team that closes all the numbers first wins.
Donkeys
The team with the lowest score gets a letter. The first team to have DONKEY loses A tie results in 1 extra throw. If the score is still tied, no letters are awarded, and the next 2 pitchers take their turn.

With how many people can we do this at the same time?
We have 4 lanes and a maximum of 6 people per hour are allowed to participate per lane. So 24 people can participate per session.
How long does it take?
Each session consists of a safety instruction and practice round of approximately 15 minutes. After that, 60 minutes are thrown 'for real'. The score is kept in the competition round(s) and a winner is of course announced at the end. However, your entire team must be present 10 minutes before the start.
Is it dangerous?
Each session starts with an extensive safety session. An axe is sharp, so you should handle it responsibly. Throwing is only allowed when the track is clear, the 'Axe-pert' gives the signal for this. Other persons are not allowed to enter the course when the throw is about to take place. If the (safety) instructions are not followed, the Axe-pert may decide to stop the game or disqualify the participants. We assume that participants are aware that sandals or other open shoes are not allowed on the throwing range. However, participation is at your own risk. Each participant signs a self-risk statement in advance.

Can we drink alcohol?
Safety of our visitors is very important. People who are clearly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will obviously not be admitted to the course. An 'Axe-pert' is authorized to deny you access and unfortunately you will not get your money back. So have a nice drink afterwards.

Can I bring my dog?
No, unfortunately dogs are not allowed in our building.
Is there a smoking facility?
Smoking is completely banned throughout our building; this also applies to electronic cigarettes.
